What this site does

Zombie AI Trend makes one AI video, 15 or 30 seconds long, from two photos you upload. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The site is independent. It is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, Dreamina, ByteDance, or any other platform or brand mentioned on it.

Whose photos you may upload

You may upload only:

• photos of yourself, or
• photos of people who have agreed to appear in the video you are making.

You may not upload photos of children without their parent's or guardian's consent, photos of public figures or strangers taken from the internet, or anything sexual, hateful, or illegal. We may remove content and close accounts that break this rule, without a refund.

You are responsible for what you upload and for where you post the result.

Credits and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits. Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
• The price of each pack and the credits each video costs are shown on the site before you pay.
• Credits last 12 months from the day you buy them.
• Payment is handled by Stripe.

When a render fails

If a render fails, the credits for that video return to your balance automatically. If a clip comes out clearly broken, email us and we will make it right.

Refunds

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a pack has been used to make a video, the used credits are not refundable, because the render has already been paid for on our side. Email us to ask for a refund.

The videos you make

The videos are yours to download and post. They carry no watermark. AI video is not exact: faces, hands and details can come out differently from your photos, and two renders of the same photos will not match.

Our content

The site, its text, its design and its example clips belong to us. Do not copy them or resell access to the service.

Availability

We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available. The video model is run by a third party and can be slow or unavailable at times.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
