What to send for the usual questions
- A clip came out broken — tell us which video. We look at it and make it right.
- Credits did not arrive after paying — send the email address you paid with and the time of payment.
- Refund — unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Delete my photos, videos or account — say which, and we remove them within 30 days.
- Someone used my photo without asking — tell us where you saw it. We take the video down and close the account that made it.
